3. Your cheesecakes come from one of two bakeries.

There 700 crew members between California and North Carolina who are busy making sweets for all 200 locations. One is located in Calabasas, California, and the other in Rocky Mont., North Carolina.

4. Some menu items are loaded with calories!

For instance, the peanut butter cup and apple crisp cheesecakes contain more calories than you should eat in an entire day. That said, it's perfectly okay to enjoy these delicious desserts once in a while!
