Angelina's Bad Week -Sam

Even mega-superstars have their bad days, and between a leaked email, a lack of an award nomination, and an unfortunate turn of events, Angelina Jolie has had a pretty terrible few this past week. 

By Tuesday, emails had been leaked from Sony Pictures’ chair and film producer, respectively Amy Pascal and Scott Rudin. In these, Rudin proclaimed Jolie to be “minimally talented" and a "spoiled brat.”

On Wednesday she had a run in with Amy Pascal, and was caught in an awkward hug. In photos, Pascal sports an apologetic expression which Jolie meets with an icy gaze. It’s possible that this run-in was unrelated to the recently leaked emails, but it sure looks like it in this particular moment.

On Thursday, the announcement for the Golden Globe awards nominees was made. Despite the fact that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association have been fans of Jolie’s in the past, her latest film Unbroken apparently didn’t cut it for them.

To top it all off, on Friday Jolie released a video stating that she would have to withdraw herself from promotion of Unbroken due to the fact that she has chicken pox. (You can watch the video here.) Jolie worked on the film for 2 years and produced it. She states separately that she is "heartbroken to miss our premiere."

Poor Angie… Get well soon!
